Check our on-line availability calendar located off of each chalet on our Nightly Lodging Rates page to confirm chalet unit availability. Reservations can be made on-line or by calling 1 (716) 945-0882 for further assistance in securing your reservations. Designate one person to be responsible for all payments and correspondence regarding your reservation. A 50% credit card deposit [half of your total stay] is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation; One night Lodging stays are charged in full at time of booking. All Reservation confirmations will be followed up with an office email and/or a phone call, during our office ours of Winter:9am-8pm, Spring-Fall:9am-7pm, once availability date(s) and rate(s) are confirmed, any incorrect rates or dates, will be manually corrected in our office. The Remaining reservation balance is due at time of check-in, if you are arriving during our standard check-in hours of Winter:4pm-8pm, Spring-Fall:3pm-7pm or is due prior of your arrival date, if you are arriving anytime after our office hours end. View our requirements below, on late check-ins after office hours end or should someone other than yourself be arriving ahead. If time permits, both a Guest Registration/Security Deposit and our Policies Forms will be mailed out to you, please fully complete/sign and return the Top copy of our "Guest Registration Form" back to our office for our guest files, at least within 1 week of forms being mailed from our office. Last minute reservations will be manually processed through our office at time of reservation booking. Nightly lodging rates posted do Not include the State & Local sales tax, a 13% surcharge will be added to each reservation to cover these fees. CANCELLATIONS: Can only be made by person responsible for the Orginal reservation. Inclement Weather conditions of any type will Not be an honored/reason for cancellations. SPRING-WINTER: Any cancellations of the Tannenbaum Deluxe/or Express Suites, requires at least 14 day minimum cancellation notice prior of your arrival date/1-3 bedroom chalet units with a group booking of 10 people or less, a 30 day minimum notice; Except Combos, Trios and Quad Packaged Chalet Units reserved for larger groups of more than 10 people requires a 45 day minimum cancellation notice for Christmas-New Years, Martin Luther King and President's Holiday Weekends. Renter will be refunded all received payments Less a credit card processing and office administrative service fee of $75 per Each chalet unit reserved (Tannenbaum Deluxe and Express Suites $50), on any cancellations made BEFORE the Mimimum Cancellation Date Requirement. Renter is responsible for all chalet unit(s) and nights reserved, regardless of your actual arrival or departure time and date. Any cancellations received AFTER the Refund Expiration Time Limits will result in Forfeiture of all rents and fees due as per the original reservation, less any prorated rents we can collect by re-renting the reserved chalets, units or suites for the same dates and rates. A 15% office administrative service fee [$75 minimum] will be charged per any reserved rental(s) which we can rebook. A written/or emailed cancelation notice is also required at the time of any cancellation(s) by the original reservationist, in order for any credits to be refunded. Any refunds will then be credited to the original credit card holder within 7-10 business days from the last day of the original reservation(s) departure date. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: Person responsible for reservation(s) are required to be Present at time of check-in/and arrive Before our office hours end, should a Reservation Balance still remains or if a Signed Guest Registration/Security Deposit form and a Copy of your Valid Photo ID are Not in our office files; in order to provide seem Credit Card and a Valid photo ID. All outstanding reservation balances are required to be paid in full at time of check-in. Only Cash and Credit Card payments are Excepted, no Personal checks will be excepted at this time! LATE CHECK-INS: Guest arriving AFTER our business hours end, are required to first make Prior arrangements with our office Either at the time of Booking/or at Least 1 Week Prior of your Arrival date, to be fully prepaid in advance, either by credit card or a certified bank check only; a Copy of your Valid Photo ID and a Signed Guest Registration/Security Deposit form is also required for our office files, if this has not yet been previously done; either via mail or email; so that keys can be placed in our After Hours Lock Box "Located outside our office at 6893 Stone Road, Great Valley, NY 14741 and a Lock combination or Access to be given to any Reserved Chalets or Unit(s). ANOTHER MEMBER ARRIVING AHEAD: Same Paperwork and Photo ID procedures as Required for late check-ins except, any remaining reservation balances can either be prepaid prior of your arrival date/or payment is due in full at time of your First guest arrival, In order for anyone to recieve keys, gain access or occupy any reserved chalet, unit or suite. AFTER HOURS OFFICE FEES: $25* Per hour, to have someone remain in our office After our office hours ends, with the first charge being applied at the end of our office hours. * To avoid this late charge(s) Guest are incouraged to follow same Paperwork and ID procedures as required for Late Check-Ins above, that should in the event you do have to arrive after our business hours due to late starts, road conditions, traffic delays etc, our office can instead process any remaining reservation balances before the end of our office hours, have keys placed in our after hours lock box and avoid having to remain open past our standard office hours, providing a signed guest registration form and a copy of your valid photo id are already on file. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK OUT FEES: To help off-set any extra charges to us, a utility service fee are charged for up to the first hour of an Early check-in, Prior of our standard check-in time. Charges are applied at the time of request/or at the time of an early office check-in and providing chalet unit(s) have been completely serviced, with management being fully able to make accommodations available for an early check-in. Charges are non refundable and are available only to person responsible for reserving the original reservations. Rates are as indicated:Tannenbaum Deluxe and Express Suites:$25.00/1 bedroom units:$45 and 2-3 bedroom chalet units:$65/Per Each chalet unit reserved. Hourly discounted rates are offered After the first hour of an Early check-in, if the early check-in is for more than 1 hour before our standard check-in time. STANDARD CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00AM!! KEYS: Please Lock all windows and doors upon Departure and Return all unit keys to our office or place them in our After Hours Lock Box located at our office, should you Depart before our office Reopens. No one is permitted back into any previously rented unit(s) once checked out! LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Same rates as an early check-in and are charged at time of request or, Please be advised: All other late check-outs Not Scheduled with our office, will automatically have the same rates applied to your credit card security deposit on any Chalet, Unit or Suite still being occupied After our check-out time Ends; with the first hour being charged when our standard check-out time ends. At 1:00 pm sharp, an additional day of rental are automatically charged to your security deposit at the current web posted rate. CREDIT CARD SECURITY DEPOSIT: A signed credit card security deposit form of $250-$1000.00 are required, Before keys or access will be given to any reserved Chalet, Unit or Suite, the amount depends on each unit size and your lengh of stay. NOTE: Charges to your credit card may include but are not limited to, any requested items not included with your stay, pet(s), extra guest, lost or stolen items, damages, carpet cleaning due to excessive use or stains, any evidence of indoor smoking, any additional cleaning beyond our standard housekeeping cleaning service, pet damages, the presence/or any evidence of unauthorized animal(s) or any other irregularities recognized by the owners of Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging or it's cleaning and maintenance staff; during or after your departure. For the safety of our properties, our policy on unreported damage is very strict and may involve collection agencies and/or criminal prosecution. Please report any damage or incident to our office immediately, during our office hours or no later than prior to your departure so that the situation may be handled without third party involvement. Note: Security deposit amount(s) indicated and agreed on, on our Guest Registration and Security Deposit form; are not actually processed, unless due to infractions of our lodging policies.SMOKING: Is permitted Outdoors Only, on your own private deck or covered porch. There is a "no smoking indoor policy" for all Stone Mountain Chalet Units and our Guest Country Club House. Any Evidence of Indoor smoking will result in an automatic Charge of $250 for any additional cleaning services. This charge includes extensive cleaning of furnishings, walls, professional carpet cleaning, and deodorizing of unit(s) and will be billed to your credit card security deposit. No Exceptions!! MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Please abide by the maximum guest occupancy Limits as agreed on our guest registration/policy form(s); as your Nightly rate(s) charged are based on that maximum guest amount indicated. This limit applies to all adults and children over the age of 2. Any guest exceeding the unit(s) maximum occupancy Limit inside or out, day or night can be evicted without a refund and are subject to charges to your unit's Security Deposit for any damages, unauthorized guest and extra cleaning. Our policy requires that for units with a posted or quoted guest amount and rate are for the amount of persons indicated on our Guest Registration form Only. Any additional guests over this amount are charged a small nightly utility service fee of: Kids:$10/Adults:$15 when mentioned at time of booking or up until time of check-in/after check-in $25 are charged per each additional or unregistered person, day or night that owners and or management observe at any time during your stay. Due to our guests and owner's liability, unregistered guests or persons over your agreed on amount are not allowed on any premises or property of Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging. Unregistered persons over the maximum unit(s) amount allowed, could be asked to leave the premisses. PETS: Only Dogs are permitted. Spring-Fall: In Limited chalet units, Winter and Holidays: Very limited chalet units. Dog friendly units, depends on the size of your pet(s) and the amount. A nightly pet lodging fee are charged Per each pet. Dogs less than 20lbs are $10/Dogs over this size $15. No Cats or any other animals are Allowed!! Please check with our office to inquire before reserving, on what chalet units or suites, are best suited for you, with a dog(s) and If dog accommodations are even available, for your Prefered dates. Otherwise, any evidence of an animal presence during or after your stay without owners, prior written approval may result in charges for pet lodging, Extra housekeeping/laundry charges and for any pet damage. A written acknowledgement Must first be given by our office, in an emailed reservation confirmation and/or on our Guest Registration form indicating the amount of dog(s), size and lodging charge(s); in order for any pet to lodge with you or be permitted in any of our chalet units, suites or on any of Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging properties. Pets are not permitted on any furniture, bedding, in our Guest Country Club House and are to be Leashed, when Outdoors! Pet Owners: Are responsible for any damages, additional housekeeping and pet clean-ups, inside/out. HOUSEKEEPING: TOWELS/LINENS: Are Rented Separately from our nightly lodging rates posted. These can be rented through our office when requested at the time of Booking or should be requested at least 1 week Prior of your arrival date or please feel free to bring your own. Either can also be rented at time of check-in or during our standard office hours; with a guest Pick-Up or may be Delivered at a small service charge and Only when available. Rental rates are as indicated. BATH TOWELS:$2.50 each, Bath Towel Sets:$4.00 (includes, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel), Hand Towel Sets:$2.00 (includes 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths), 5 Towels:$10, 8 Towels:$15 or 1 Dozen Towels for $20. LINEN RENTALS: $5.00 per Each sheet set. NOTE: One sheet set is provided with Lodging in the Tannenbaum Deluxe, Express Suites and 1 bedroom chalet units, when units are Reserved for 1 Single person/or 1 Couple Only. Otherwise, linens are available for rent to all other group rentals. CHALETS: All chalet units are Supplied with 1 Blanket and 2 Pillows per Each Bed however, guests should also come Packing Any ADDITIONAL Blankets or Pillows that you will be requiring during your stay. Chalet unit(s) being rented are professionally cleaned Before your arrival and After your Departure. Any additional cleaning services needed, are provided at an Extra charge and providing that advance Notice is given. Owners and cleaning staff will carefully examine each unit after your departure to ensure property is left in good order, with all contents being inventoried and accounted for. Guests, absolutely No removal of any furniture From one chalet unit to Another, ie; Should kitchenware have to be moved around due to Larger group rentals, please Return all items back to it's proper place Before your departure, due to the inconvenience to us and the Next incoming guests. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Renter(s) are responsible and will be charged for any of our missing, damaged or unusable towels, bath mats, linens, pillows or blankets. Please leave All bed stripping for housekeeping, upon your departure, unless linens are yours and place any rented towels in a pile in the Bath tub or Shower. If any appliances, heating, jetted tub, hot tub, Sat tv, does not work, Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging will Attempt to have it repaired. However, the Renter(s) will not be intitled to any kind of refund for any inoperative appliance or amenities. NOTE: Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging and owners are Not responsible for articles Lost, Stolen, or Left behind in any unit, any/and all articles Must be Retreived in Person by the Orginal reservationist within 7 days of your Departure date, from our Office or they will be treated as Disgarded Items after this time. It is the renters Sole responsibility to make All necessary arrangements with UPS/or Fedex Delivery Services and with our office for a Convenient Pick-Up time, of these item(s). KITCHENS: Most kitchens come Equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans. A kitchen towel and dish cloth/plus a STARTER Supply Only, of the following items are provided, 1 paper towel, trash can liners, dish washing liquid and coffee filters per Each kitchen. FULL BATHS: A bath mat for each tub and shower, 2 Toilet papers per each bath, and 1 Soap. However, Guests should also come Bringing any Additional quantities of these supplies you will be Requiring during your stay, as well as your own personal Toiletries. Especially if you are Lodging for More than 1 night. Any of these items May also be available for purchase at our office during our office hours for a guest pick-up, with a small replacement charge being applied per Each item requested. PHONES: Fall-Winter: Local phone service is provided to the immediate surrounding areas only, at no charge to you. All other calls including "regional" requires a prepaid calling card. Spring-Summer: No phone service. FIREPLACES/FIREWOOD: Firewood is Not allowed or permitted to be transported from outside of our immediate Cattaraugus County by law. Strict state and local laws prohibits firewood transportation and does Enforce stringent fines. Guest lodging with us Fall-Spring are given a free Complimentary bundle of firewood; enough for 1 fire Per each day of your stay. For your convenience, Extra firewood bundles are placed in all Units with wood burning stoves and fireplaces for purchase. Any other firewood usage over our complimentary amount are charged $6 Per each bundle used and $2 per each small box of kindling; this can be paid for at our office anytime during our office hours or up until your departure, with either Cash or Credit Card or it will be charged after your departure, once an inventory count is taken. Any additional firewood needed during your stay or for our outdoor firepits may also be purchased from our office. Make sure chimney flue/damper is Open before starting a fire. Do Not Remove ashes from fireplace, Make Sure fire is completely out Before leaving Unit. Any damages caused by misuse of fireplaces or wood stoves (i.e. burn marks on carpet or furniture, smoke damage, broken glass doors etc.) will be Charged to your security deposit accordingly. Gas Fireplaces/gas wall units are for Fall-Spring Use ONLY!! SUMMER: A very Limited amount of A/C window units are now being offered for daily rental, rates per each a/c unit is $10 for the Tannenbaum Deluxe and Express Suites and $15 per day, for all other Chalet Units. These should either be requested at the time of booking or Prior of your arrival date, in order for them to be preset in your rental(s) before your arrival. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Registered guest snowmobiles, trailers, and rv's are permitted to be parked in designated areas of Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging only. Please inquire with our office at time of booking regarding, large rv parking. rv home/bus and over sized vehicles parking. Absolutely No parking of Any Vehicles What So Ever is Permitted on TOWN ROADS and or RIGHT-A-WAYS. Violators will be TOWED at Vehicle Owners Expense. PARKING: All registered vehicles will be issued a Stone Mountain Chalet Lodge Parking Permit to be placed in full view. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed without warning at owner's expense. An Extra parking permit may be aquired for $5 per day if authorized. Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging strictly prohibits parking of any rvs, trailers, u-hauls, or buses at/or on any of our properties, without Prior notice/or written arrangements from managment and owners before your check-in date. Renters are allocated 2-3 parking spaces per each chalet unit rented, depending on unit(s) size; 1 additional parking space may be allotted with management's permission. Please inquire with our office regarding possible overflow parking areas. Left Lane of DRIVEWAY are for Emergency purposes Only and should Not be Blocked at Any Time!! RESTRICTIONS: Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging reserves the right to Restrict renting to anyone who is Not over the age of 21, unless Prior arrangements have been made with management at Time of Booking. A Photo ID is required at time of check-in. Causes of Evicton: subletting or assigning of lease, Any activity constituting a nuisance, which is offensive or disruptive/disrespectful to other Guests or Owners and Management will Absolutely NOT In Anyway Be Tolerated, this may Result in Immediate Eviction without a Refund Solely at Owners Discretion. In the event that a Rental Property is Unrentable for any reason what so ever, Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging and/or Owners also Reserves the Right to re-assign a rental unit of Equal or higher Value, providing Only that one is available or will refund a prorated rental amount to Renter(s) at their Discretion. Persons authorized by Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging shall have the Exclusive Right to Gain Access to any Rental Unit and/or Premises during the Rental period, to make Any/ all Necessary Repairs/Inspections or to show property for Sale/Rent. GUESTS: For your safety and all other Guests, Sledding, Skiing, Snow Boarding and Sliding are not permitted on/or at "Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging" Properties including all Driveways and Parking area's at any time. Management and property Owners can Not be held Responsible for any accidents/incidents what so ever of any type that may occur on any of our Properties or that may result from any unit rental and/or lodging reservation. Absolutely NO Wearing of Ski Boots or Storage of any Ski Equipment, Ski's, Snowboards ect. is permitted Inside any of our chalet units. Ski and snow board storage is Only permitted on units Exterior deck. Due to the Potential of Bad weather and Snowy conditions, Snow Tires and/or Chains or a 4x4 wheel vehicle May be Necessary. Rear Wheel drive Vans are Not sugguested. Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging/Owners in addition cannot be held Responsible for any Driveway, Parking Lot Conditions or for any Vechicle/Parking Lot Incidents That may Occur from any inclement Weather conditions.
STONE MOUNTAIN CHALET LODGING QUIET HOURS: Are Between the Hours of 11pm-7am. For the Benefit and Respect of all our Guests and Neighbors, please keep Noise and Activities down to a Minimum during these Quiet times. Any Repeated Requests to Maintain these Quiet hours, Will result in Persons and/or Groups Eviction from premises resulting in loss of all monies paid, including forfeiture of your security deposit.
Southern Tier Taxi Provides Both Taxi and Shuttle Services for Our Guests at Stone Mountain Chalet Lodging for a Taxi fee Per each person or a Shuttle Service fee Per Group, Taxi Service is Available to Both Ski Resorts, the Village of Ellicottville and the Seneca Allegany Casino in Salamanca.
