RESERVATION: Please try to choose at least two chalet units/suites from our web-site that will best suit the needs of you and your party. Check our on-line availability calendar on the Rental Rates Page, to confirm chalet unit availability and unit Rate.Reservation can be made on-line or by calling 1-{716}-945-0882 for further assistance in securing your reservations. Designate One Person to be responsible for All Payments and Correspondence regarding your Reservation. 50% or one half of your total stay is required and must be Paid with a Major Credit Card at time of Booking to Guarantee your Reservation Request, All Reservation Confirmations will than be Followed up with a Office E-mail and or Phone Call Confirming your Reservation. The balance is then paid at check-in with either cash or credit card, this applies to ON -Time Arrivals Only between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m . All other late arrivals after 8:00 pm must be Prepaid in Advance with a Credit Card, and your Signed Guest Registration / Security Deposit and policy forms, should be returned along with a Photo Copy of Your Valid Drivers License No Less than 7days Prior to your Checkin Date.(Prices do not include state & local sales tax, a 13% surcharge will be added to each reservation to cover these fees.)
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can only be made by person Responsible for Reservation. A Cancellation Notice of any Chalet Unit[s] or Suites over 30 Days prior to arrival date will be Refunded all received payments less a $50 Cancellation fee per unit per each day. Renter is Responsible for all nights reserved Regardless of actual arrival and departure dates,on Cancellations of 30 days or less we will require a written notice by the orginal reservationist. Cancellations received after the refund expiration time Limits will result in forfeiture of all rents and fees, less any prorated rents we can collect, by Re-Renting the reserved units,for the same dates and rates. A 15% Administrative service fee[no less than $75 ] will be charged for any chalet unit[s] that we can Rebook. All refunds will be credited to original credit card holder within 7-business days from last day of the original Reservation Arrival Date.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-In Time is 4:00 pm to 8:00 pmon date of your arrival With Same Credit Card and a photo ID requirement,the Check-Out Time is 11:00am SHARP on the day of departure. At check-in you will receive one sets of keys per each rented unit; PLEASE Return all Unit Keys at time of departure to our Office or place in our lock box should you depart before our office opens at 9:00 am,any keys that are lost or not returned at Check Out will be replaced at the renter's expense of $65.00 per each New lock set which Includes the Installation Service, this Amount will Automatically be Deducted from your Security Deposit. Chalet units must be paid for in full at time of check-in by either cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted at time of check-in. Note:Person responsible for Reservation must be present at time of check-in, unless prior Arrangements have been made with management before your Arrival Date. All Reservation Balances Must be Paid in Full, both Guests Registration / Security Deposit and Policy forms should also be turned in along with photo copy of a valid ID.To be Received by Mail /or E-mail [No Less than 7 days prior to your arrival date]for our office guest registration file.No other Group or Unit Members Will have Access or Occupancy to Reserved Chalet Units/or Buildings Unless these Arrangements have been made.Your Reservation can not be Guranteed unless Both Guest forms are received and on file in the required time as indicated above. Any Last minute reservations will be manually processed through our Office. For those Guests wanting to CHECK IN EARLY( IF AVAILABLE )a $50.00 per Each Hour fee starting before 4:00pm Will Automatically be Charged for any unit which sleeps 6 or more and a $25.00 per hour fee for units that sleep 4 or less Payable in Advance or at time of Check In.This Applies only if unit(s) being requested have been Completely Serviced and Prepared with Management being Fully able to Make accommodations Available. Early Check IN Requests are Available only to the Person Responsible for Original Reservation Contract.
LATE CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES: For those guests that will be arriving late, after 8:00 p.m.,it will be your responsibility to make prior arrangements with the office at # 1-716-945-0882 before your arrival date,[No Less than 7 Days in advance] to arrange to make your final payment and to provide our office with your Completed and signed Guest Registration /Credit card security deposit and Policy Forms in order to receive the lock box combination for the after hours lock box located at our"Office/Checkin Building at 6893 Stone Road"next to the rental office door.Please Note:There will be a $25 per Hour late Check-in Fee Charged to your Credit Card Security Deposit for every Hour after 8pm with late charges Starting at 8:30 pm should our Office have to remain open due to our Reservation/or Check-in requirements, having not been followed.Our Check out Time is 11am SHARP Please Return the Unit Keys to our Office at Time of Departure.Late Check outs must be scheduled in Advance.Certain Fees and Restrictions apply for Any Late Check-outs. NOTE a $50.00 per Hour Late Check out Fee Will be Automatically be Charged To your Security Deposit after 11:30 am. NOTE: At 1pm SHARP an Additional Day of Rental Will be Automatically Charged to your Security Deposit at the current web posted Rate for the Chalet unit(s) being occupied.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Signed Credit card Security Deposit Form of $500-$1500.00 is Required [ the amount depends on your length of stay] before access will be given to any Reserved unit(s).Charges to your credit card deposit may include, but not limited to, any lost or stolen items, damages, Any Additional Carpet Cleaning [due to excessive use or stains], additional cleaning beyond our Standard Cleaning services.Any Evidence of Animal presence or Smoking, or other Irregularities Recognized by Stone Mountain Chalet owners or its cleaning and maintenance staff. For the safety of our properties,our Policy on Unreported Damage is very Strict and may involve Collection agencies and or criminal proscution. Please report any damage to our office immediately or no later than prior to your departure so that the situation might be handled without third party involvement. NOTE: Security Deposit amounts indicated on your Guest Registration forms are not processed Unless our Policies are not followed and Respected.
SMOKING: Is Allowed Outdoors Only, on your own private deck or covered porch. There is a No Smoking Indoor Policy for all Stone Mountain Chalet Units. Any Evidence of Smoking Inside a Chalet will result in a automatic Charge of $250 for Additional Cleaning Services.This charge includes extensive cleaning of furnishings/walls, professional cleaning of carpets,and deodorizing of unit(s). Automatically Billed to Your Credit Card Security Deposit
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Please abide by all occupancy limits set for each Chalet Unit. This Limit Applies to all adults and children over the age of 2. Any Guest(s) / Group Exceeding the Unit's Maximum Occupancy Limit Inside or Out, Day or Night can be Evicted without a Refund and will be Subject to charges to your security deposit for any Damagesor extra cleaning. OUR POLICY REQUIRES That For Units with a Quoted Guest Amount and Rate are ONLY for the Amount of Persons indicated on your Guest Registration form. Any Additional Guests can be Charged to the Remaining Balance of Your Stay up Until the time of Check- in ( Please Inform the Office NO Later than Your Arrival / Check- in of Any Addition Guests) After Check-in Your Credit Card Security Deposit will AUTOMATICALLY be Charged $25 Dollars per Day for Each Additional Unregistered Person Day or Night, that Owners and or Management Observe at Any Time During your Stay. Due to our guests and owner's liability, no unregistered guests or persons are allowed on the premises/property of Stone Mountain Chalets.Any Unregistered Persons Over the Maximum unit(s)Amount Allowed will Immediately be asked to Leave the Premisses.
PETS & Animals : NO Animals of any kind are permitted in any of Our Chalets Unit(s) /Suites at any time during your stay. Any Evidence Of a Pet(s) and or an Animal Presence will Automatically be a Reason for Eviction and a Credit Card Security Deposit Charge for the Minimum amount of $250 Plus Any additional Charges for extra Cleaning or Damage that may have occured due to the presence of an animal.
HOUSEKEEPING: Each Chalet Unit is Set up with Linens, a Blanket and Pillows for each Bed.Towels are Not Provided with your Lodging,but are available upon Request at an additional charge of $5 per each towel set used during your Stay.Our Chalets are Cleaned Before your arrival and after your Departure only. Additional Cleaning Services may be Provided at an extra charge with an advance Request. Owners and/or cleaning staff will examine each unit after check-out to ensure property is left in good order with all contents inventoried and accounted for. Guests, absolutely no removal of any unit items or furniture from one chalet unit to another. ie; for the inconvenience of us and our next incoming guests. Renters will be Charged for any missing, damaged or unusable Towels/Linens,Pillows and Blankets.Do not strip the beds upon your departure, please leave dirty towels in a pile in the bath Tub/shower. If any appliances, Heating, jetted tub,Hot tub, Tv,does not work, Stone Mountain Chalets will attempt to have it repaired.The tenanat will not be intitled to any refund for any inoperative appliance or amentities.Stone Mountain Chalets is not responsible for articles Lost,Stolen,or Left Behind in any unit. Any and all articles Must be Retreived in Person by orginal reservationist within 7 days of your Departure Date from our Office or they will be Treated as Disgarded Items. It is the renters responsibility to make any and all arrangements with Fedex Delivery Services for a pick up and return of any articles left behind.
KITCHENS and BATHS: Kitchens are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, and pots and pans. Stone Mountain Chalet Rentals also provides a Starter supply ONLY of paper towels, trash can liners, toilet tissue and dish washing liquid.However Guests should come bringing additional quantities of these supplies,especially if you are staying for more than 1 night, any of these above items may be available upon Request at an Additional Charge or service fee per each item.
FIREPLACES & FIREWOOD:A Starter Amount of Firewood and Kindling is supplied for Each Chalet Unit with Wood burning Fireplaces and Wood stoves before your arrival.Fire wood Usage over this amount will be subject to an Additional charge of $ 8 per arm load Upon Request and when Available with a Guest Pickup. Prearrangement of Additional Firewood and Kindling can also be Provided for Your Unit prior to Check-in at an Additional Fee. Make sure damper is Open before starting a fire.Do Not Remove ashes from fireplace,Make Sure fire is Out before Leaving Unit. Any damages caused by misuse of fireplaces or wood stoves (i.e. burn marks on carpet or furniture, smoke damage, broken glass doors etc.) will be charged to your security deposit accordingly.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Registered Guests; Snowmobiles, Trailers , and Rv's are permitted to be parked in Designated Areas by Stone Mountain Chalets. Inquire with office staff regarding Large RV parking in advance. RV home / Bus / Over sized Vehicles Parking is limitied to Designated Areas with a $50.00 per night Fee Charge In Addition to any UNIT RENTAL , Without Unit Rental there is a $125 Minimun per night Parking Fee Charged .Absolutely NO Parking of ANY VEHICLES What so EVER is Permitted on TOWN ROADS and or RIGHT-A-WAYS. Any Violators will be Immediately TOWED at Vehicle Owners Expense without Warning
PARKING: All registered vehicles will be issued a Stone Mountain Parking Permit to be placed in full view. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. An extra parking permit may be aquired for an additional fee of $5 per day if authorized. Stone Mountain Chalets strictly prohibits parking of any RV's, trailers, U-hauls, or buses at or on any of our Chalet properties,With out prior Written Arrangements from Managment and Owners Before Your Check-in Date. Renters are allocated 2-3 parking spaces per each rented unit(s) depending on unit(s) size/ 1 additional parking space may be allotted with management's permission .Inquire with our office regarding possible overflow parking areas.
RESTRICTIONS: Stone Mountain Chalet Rentals reserves the right to restrict renting to anyone who is not over the age of 21 unless prior arrangements have been made with management.Photo ID is required at Check-in.Causes of Evicton NO subletting or assigning of lease,or Any Activity Constituting a Nuisance which is Offensive or Disruptive / Disrespectful to other Guests or Owners and Management will ABSOLUTELY NOT IN ANYWAY BE TOLERATED, this will Result in Immediate Eviction without a Refund Solely at Owners Discretion. In the event that a Rental Property is Unrentable for Any Reason what so ever, Stone Mountain Chalets and or Owners also Reserves the Right to re-assign a rental unit of equal or higher Value, (Providing one is Available) or refund a prorated rental amount to renters at their Discretion.Persons authorized by Stone Mountain Chalets shall have the Exclusive Right to gain access to any Rental Unit and or Premises during the Rental period to make any/all necessary Repairs/or inspections, or to show property for Sale / Rent.
WINTER GUESTS: For your safety and all others, Sledding, Skiing, Snow Boarding,and sliding are not permitted on Stone Mountain Chalets' Property including all driveways and parking areas at any time. Management and owners are not Responsible for any accidents that may result from these activities. Absolutely NO Wearing of Ski Boots or Storage of any Ski Equipment (Ski's / Snowboards ect.. ) is permitted inside any of our chalet units. Ski and snow board storage is Only Permitted on Units Exterior Deck.Due to the potential of bad weather and Snowy Conditions, Snow Tires and /or chains or a 4x4 wheel Vehicle may be necessary. Rear Wheel drive Vans are not sugguested .Stone Mountain Chalets / Owners in addition cannot be held Responsible for any Driveway or Parking Lot Conditions or any Vechicle / Parking Lot Incidents That may Occur from any inclement Weather conditions.
| CLUB HOUSE RESORT FACILITIES |
- Any infraction of the posted Rules and Regulations pertaining to the club house facility will result in your Chalet(s) unit and guests from any further use of clubhouse privileges for the remainder of your groups' stay.
- Club house facilities are to be used at your own risk.
- Owners and management cannot be held responsible for any claims or liability.
- Clubhouse resort facilities are for adult use; therefore, children under 18 years of age must be under adult supervision at all times.
- For all our guests, Please remember to pack your Beach Towels and Swim Wear, proper attire is required at all times. Open :12am-11pm Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance

QUIET HOURS
Stone Mountain Chalets' Quiet Hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. For the benefit and respect of all our Guests and Neighbors, please keep noise and activities down to a minimum during these quiet times. Any Repeated Requests to Maintain these Quiet hours will result in persons and/or groups Immediate Eviction from premises resulting in loss of all Monies Paid, including Forfeiture of Security Deposit.
